Return Policy

  The OTHERS Online Shop prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final and no refunds are accepted/honored. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

  But, we do accept exchanges. Requests will only be honored if inquired upon within 14 days of the order ship date. All items must be in the original packaging, free of defects and in as-new condition with both packing slip and printed receipts. After the 14-day period no exchanges are available.

  Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Between Work Hours LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Between Work Hours LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Sales Tax  

  Residents of the state of California are subject to sales tax. All orders made outside of California will be exempt from taxation.
